What Will We Cover?

New England IT Partners, in association with Boynton Insurance, present "10 Ways to Protect Your Business from a Multi-Million Dollar Cyber Attack!" By now you have seen the following statistics. This is not a case of fear-mongering, these are the COLD, HARD FACTS of the current state of business cyber security:

  • Over 58% of all cyber attacks are targeted for small and medium-sized businesses
  • In 2017, the average cost of a cyber attack on small and medium-sized businesses was $2.2 Million
  • More than 92% of businesses will face some sort of cyber attack this year alone

The fact of the matter is that cyber criminals have found it to be much more fortuitous to go after small and medium-sized businesses due to the lack of security that they possess and the willingness to pay to recover their data. Why pay the criminals, when you can just protect your data for 5% of the cost? We will go over the different methods that cyber criminals are using to gain access to your network and the different measures that you can take as a business owner and/or C-level executive to make sure that you are as secure as possible!

Already have an IT staff in place and think that this will not pertain to you? Think again! We are here to provide you with the information that is necessary to question your staff and make sure that they are doing everything possible to keep your most important data secure. Most times, executives end to get lost when speaking with the IT staff about technology solutions. We understand this issue and have developed this presentation to allow executives at all levels of technological knowledge to understand and even speak intelligently with their staffs and/or outsourced managed IT support providers.

Who Should Attend?

C-Level executives and managers who are concerned about: lost or stolen devices, privacy of confidential information, employment litigation introduced when employees use personal devices to access company data and State and Federal laws that carry heavy fines for lost or stolen data. This is of particular importance for those organizations that handle ANY sensitive data such as credit card and financial information, medical records (or serve clients who have medical records) or who simply want to avoid having their bank account wiped out due to a cyber-attack.
